APS offers rebates for qualifying high-efficiency AC and heat pump installations. Note: SRP is currently NOT offering rebates. Also note that mini splits installed in garages, shops, or non-living spaces do not qualify for any utility rebates.

Federal 25C Tax Credit Update

The federal 25C Energy Efficient Home Improvement Tax Credit expired on December 31, 2025. It is no longer available for new installations completed in 2026 or later. If you completed a qualifying HVAC installation in 2025, you can still claim the credit on your tax return using IRS Form 5695. Questions? Visit IRS.gov or speak with your tax professional.
