HVAC Exists
We built Sapper HVAC because we were tired of watching homeowners get taken advantage of.
The HVAC industry has a problem. Private equity has bought up local contractors across Phoenix and turned them into commission-driven sales machines. Technicians are incentivized to upsell. Pricing gets inflated. Recommendations get designed to maximize ticket value — not to serve the homeowner.
As a veteran, I was trained to put mission and people first. When I entered the trades, I saw the opposite. I saw homeowners who were scared into buying full system replacements for a $75 capacitor issue. I saw "free estimates" that came with relentless high-pressure follow-ups. I saw contractors who disappeared after the check cleared.
