Sapper HVAC LLC provides residential and light commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area in Arizona. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. All estimates provided are non-binding until confirmed in writing by an authorized Sapper HVAC representative.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems

Any price estimates provided through our website, contact forms, or phone calls are estimates only. Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment by a Sapper HVAC technician or estimator and may differ from initial estimates based on site conditions, equipment availability, and scope of work.

6. Warranties

Sapper HVAC provides a workmanship warranty on installations as outlined in your written service agreement. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and registration requirements. Sapper HVAC makes no independent warranty on manufacturer equipment beyond what is stated in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sapper HVAC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
