1. Get Your System Inspected Immediately

2. Know How Old Your System Is

Find the manufacture date on the data plate on your outdoor condenser unit. In Arizona's climate, systems over 12 years old are in the final phase of their useful life. If your new home has a 14-year-old unit, start budgeting for replacement.

3. Change Your Air Filter — More Often Than You Think
