AC Leaking Water
Water around the indoor HVAC equipment can come from a clogged condensate drain, failed pump, cracked pan, frozen coil, or drainage problem. Water damage can spread quickly, so the source should be identified promptly.

Safe checks before calling
- Turn the system off if water is actively damaging ceilings or walls
- Check whether the drain pan is full
- Look for a tripped float switch
- Do not bypass a float switch to force the system to run
