Are both tune-ups really free?

Yes. The campaign covers one eligible central AC or heat-pump system and one limited roof tune-up at the same qualifying home. There is no purchase, membership, credit card, or review required. Service eligibility, the included roof-maintenance scope, and availability are confirmed before scheduling. Additional repairs are never authorized by this form.

Do I need to be a veteran?

No. This offer is for qualifying homeowners in the participating Phoenix-area service territory, not only veterans. Kevin and Justin are Army veterans; the mission is to serve their community.

What is included in the roof tune-up?

Honor Roofing reviews accessible roof surfaces, flashing and penetrations, documents visible findings, and provides light accessible debris removal and limited minor maintenance when appropriate. The exact maintenance tasks and limits are confirmed before your appointment. Tile or shingle replacement, underlayment, structural repairs, roof coatings, extensive leak repair, and unsafe access are not included.

What happens if you find a problem?

We show you the findings, explain what needs attention and what can wait, and discuss options. You choose whether to request an estimate or authorize any paid work. When no additional work is recommended, we tell you that too.

Will both companies come at the same time?

You make one request for both services. Each company confirms its own visit, and the appointments may be on different days. Your request is not a reserved appointment until the teams confirm it with you.

What homes qualify?

Owner-authorized homes within both companies' participating service area, with safe access and an eligible operating central AC or heat-pump system. One system and one limited roof service are included per household during this campaign. Send your address so the teams can confirm eligibility; commercial properties, emergency calls, and additional systems are outside this offer.

Do I have to leave a review or join a mailing list?

No. Reviews and future promotional emails are optional and have no effect on your free services. Any review invitation follows an actual completed service and asks only for your honest experience.
